Refund Policy
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking. Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and unworn, with no signs of wear, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
Return Shipping Costs
If the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or the wrong item was sent: we cover return shipping costs, and you'll receive a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
If you're returning an item for any other reason (wrong size, changed your mind, etc.): you are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund if we provide a prepaid label, or paid directly by you if you ship it yourself.
How to Start a Return
Email our support team with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 days with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 days. It may take an additional 3–10 days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, the fastest option is to request a return for a refund and place a new order. We currently do not offer direct swap exchanges due to overseas fulfillment timelines.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase, items returned after the 14-day window, and items showing signs of wear or use are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll cover full return shipping and issue a refund or replacement.
Late or Missing Refunds
If more than 10 days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you haven't seen it, please check with your bank first, then contact us.
